Why I’m Running
I love the outdoors — running, walking, cross-country skiing, and biking through Fargo’s parks, especially along the Red River. Each season reveals new beauty and reminds me how parks bring peace, health, and connection.
Because I use these spaces every day, I also see where we can make them safer, more accessible, and more connected — particularly along the Red River corridor.
These experiences, and the conversations I’ve had with fellow park users, are why I’m running for the Fargo Park Board in 2026. I want to bring a practical, community-focused perspective to help make our parks even better for everyone.

- Expand trail connectivity across Fargo and enhance pedestrian/bike links with Moorhead
- Revitalize Island Park as a central, vibrant community hub
- Restore and Strengthen Fargo’s Natural Spaces
- Use scientific expertise to restore native habitats and strengthen park ecology.
- Revitalize flood-zone areas and protect natural spaces for future generations.
