Why I’m Running
I love the outdoors — running, walking, cross-country skiing, and biking through Fargo’s parks, especially along the Red River. Each season reveals new beauty and reminds me how important our parks are for health, recreation, and community life.
Because I use these spaces regularly, I see where improvements are needed — safer trails and crossings, cleaner parks, stronger maintenance, better accessibility for people of all ages and abilities, and thoughtful long-term planning. I believe Fargo deserves parks that are well cared for, responsibly managed, and focused on practical improvements that maintain what we have well while spending taxpayer dollars responsibly for future generations.
These experiences, along with conversations I’ve had with fellow residents and park users, are why I’m running for the Fargo Park Board in 2026. I want to bring a practical, community-focused, and responsible approach to keeping Fargo’s parks safe, clean, accessible, and strong for years to come.
